    I don't really trust Elance, and Odesk because many people over these platform do not pay up after the work is done!

      I agree it is hard to find paying people on elance however if you use elance escrow you are guaranteed payment as soon as you deliver the work. You can also use Fiverr which you get paid instantly for. Thanks for the comment
